Kauli Seadi wins the London indoor event
Combining the best performance in freestyle , slalom and jump,
Kauli takes the overall title using an AHD production board in 2/3 disciplins.
The pool was short but the fans were blowing a 30 screaming knots wind all along .<br>Kauli showed his best talent in all three disciplines .<br>
In freestyle he succeeded to execute a slick spock 540°,
a very nice grubby and a willy skipper 540°.
Crowds were on fire as Kauli showed his usual relaxation and kindness.<br>
On the jump ramp , Kauli pushed his AHD Convert 60 production board in a huge One foot forward loop, frightening all his sponsors .
During the slalom losers final Kauli took it on Kevin Pritchard himself
as he was faster to get on planing with his AHD Convert 60 production board.<br>
Note that the AHD 2004 Type F 60 has the same shape than teh convert 60, and that AHD production boards got the highest crash resistance as the starting ramp and the jump ramp were boards˙? killers. Convert 60 or Maxx ride 70 NT hollow board were very few damaged there.
Last but not least , Kauli ( lucky guy ) won a brand new Honda 900 Hornet .<br>

<br>

First impressions from Windsurfing magazine USA .<br>
An extract from february issue.
This text is an extract from Windsurfing magazine USA february issue. In fairness to readers we must say the complete article with other brands's boards tests is available into this february issue .<br><br>
"What we liked :<br>
Feel underfoot was lively, direct, well balanced and ultra-responsive.
Unlike with other pure wave boards, intermediate testers gained confidence and wanted to grow into this one . At only 14.5 pounds, it planed surprisingly early for only 81 liters and offered a great sensation of speed. Its standout feature was a snappy, almost whiplike ability to turn on a wave.<br>
Went vertical, snapped off the top of waves and tore through white water, all with ease.<br>
Buyer beware:<br>
For larger-size sailors, this board feels smaller than its volume indicates.<br>
Unless you˙?re an expert or a lightweight sailor, this board is best kept exclusively in the waves.<br>
Best suits :<br>
Aggressive intermediate to expert sailors in high winds or surf.
Also lightweight sailors looking for a relatively larger wave board that turns like a smaller one.<br>
Additional features :<br>
Monocoque double-sandwich construction seemed solid.<br>
AHD beveled tail foot pad was well received by all."<br>
