Pour chaque cycle de production, une planche est placée dans notre « machine à casser ». Solidement fixée sur le milieu, un vérin pneumatique tire sur le nez du flotteur jusqu˙?à sa rupture. Ainsi nous pouvons contrôler les valeurs qui en résultent et développer nos produits en conséquence.
Après le processus de la « machine à casser » la planche est découpée en plus de 60 morceaux, qui sont tous contrôlés pour s˙?assurer d˙?une imprégnation parfaite de tous les composites.
Associé à notre concept de moulage unique (Complete Mould Processing) garantissant une réplique exacte du shape originale, nos tests de qualités offrent la garantie d˙?un flotteur solide, fabriqué dans les règles de l˙?art et respectant un procédé de fabrication haut de gamme.
For each cycle of production, a board is placed in a "breaking machine". Firmly fixed in the middle, a pneumatic force pulls the nose of the board until it breaks. This enables us to control the breaking point, and to develop the boards accordingly.
After the process of the "breaking machine" the board is cut into 60 pieces, which are each controlled to ensure a perfect impregnation of all the composites reinforcements.
Associated to our unique Mould concept (Complete Mould Processing) guarantying a perfect replica of the original shape, the results of our quality tests offer the guarantee of high quality products, strong and reliable, respecting a high quality construction procedure.
