Un flotteur innovant et de haute technologie, shapé pour pousser le programme Hydrofoil encore plus loin!
A huge ˙?THANK YOU˙? goes to Paolo Rista (Windsurf Champion in the 90˙?s) and Manu Bertin (Windsurf Speed Champion and Kite Pioneer) for having built and developed ˙?live˙? Foils. These machines are really efficient; fantastic in low and high speed!
They support pure accelerations and fit perfectly to the power generated by the Ocean.

With their collaboration we managed to develop and optimise the following points:
- The planning of the board dragging the Foil.
- The stability in the air.
- The rider˙?s position.
- The ˙?touch down˙? of the nose with the 1m long shaft!
- The construction, to support forces and landings.
Avec leur collaboration nous avons développé et optimisé les points suivants:
-- Le planning du flotteur en adéquation avec la traînée du Foil.
-- La stabilité en l'air.
-- La position du Rider.
-- Le "touch down" du nez avec le shaft long de 1 mètre!
-- La construction, devant résister aux différentes forces et amerrissages.
Then, our ˙?magic shaper˙? Pascal Gerber shaped the best tool any waterman has ever dreamt about!
Bruno et Manu ont fait les premiers tests et modifications sur une Fury 110, afin de déterminer les premiers paramètres.
Ensuite, notre «Shaper magique » Pascal Gerber a shapé le meilleur jouet dont tout « Waterman » rêverait!
The final shapes are 240cm long for a width of 60cm and 65cm.
The rocker line is completely flat on the back, with voluminous rails to increase planning and the take off on the Foil.
Two noses in one:
In order to increase stability in the air a hole (Shark Face) was designed to reduce the wind˙?s action on the hull. A first nose rocker was shaped from the mast track zone to the hole, to erase water sprays or turbulences while planning.
The main nose has been positioned really high. It guarantees nice touch downs or ˙?touch and go˙?.
Our SL1 Step System has been applied to strengthen the structure, guaranteeing the reactivity of the shape during planning and when touching the water. The transfer of the applied forces is immediate towards planning and acceleration.
The construction was improved to resist to the applied forces on the box and the structure. With our video and pictures, you can easily imagine what is happening ˙?inside the shape˙?.
Au final, deux shapes de 240cm long pour une largeur de 60cm et 65cm voient le jour.
La ligne de rocker est complètement plate sur l˙?arrière, avec des rails volumineux pour accroître le planning et décoller sur le Foil.
Deux nez en un:
Afin d'accroître la stabilité dans les airs, un trou (face de Requin) a été conçu pour réduire l'action du vent sur la carène. Un premier nez a été façonné de la zone sous le pied de mât jusqu˙?au trou, pour éviter les projections d'eau et les turbulences lors du planning.
Le principal nez a été positionné très haut. Il garantit de bons amerrissages ou autres "touch & go".
Notre pont SL1 Step System a été appliqué afin de renforcer et rigidifier la structure, garantissant la réactivité du shape lors du planning et lorsque l'on touche l'eau. Le transfert des forces est immédiatement appliqué vers le planning et l˙?accélération.
La construction a été développée pour résister aux forces appliquées sur le boîtier et sur la structure. En regardant notre vidéo ou nos photos, vous pouvez facilement imaginer ce qu'il se passe "en dedans".
On the water the result is AMAZING!
The stiffness of the stretched shape, associate to the foil working, allows planning on the smallest wave. Pumping with feet, taking undulations, and the take off is immediate!
What a cool sensation, you are just flying! You feel so light in the air. The Foil reacts to the smallest movement of your body, and slices the water. You playing field is: POWER, GRAVTY and WIND!
It is a balance, between the power of your sail and the pressure applied with your feet.
It is like discovering a new kind of windsurfing.
With its hollow nose the shape simply flies over the sea.
Pure sensations!
Sur l'eau, le résultat est sensationnel!
La rigidité du shape tendu, associé au travail du Foil, permet de planer sur la plus petite ondulation. Il suffit de pomper avec les pieds sur une onde, et le décollage est immédiat!
Quelle pure sensation, vous volez! Le feeling est si léger dans l'air. Le Foil réagit au moindre mouvement de votre corps, et tranche l'eau. Votre terrain de jeu est: l˙?espace, la puissance, le gravité, l˙?eau et le vent!
Il s'agit d'un équilibre entre la puissance de votre voile, celle de l˙?Océan, et de la pression appliquée avec vos pieds.
C'est découvrir un nouveau type de navigation.
Avec son nez creusé, le shape vole simplement au-dessus de l'eau.
